Even Jesus and the Buddha made mistakes. They just didn't linger on them, but learned from them and moved on. Especially Jesus, since he only was teaching for three years. Acting in the moment may be more significant at the time than being stalled by indecision about whether an act is right or not. They say that Jesus was fearless. It's likely that his actions were quick and deliberate, though sometimes flawed.
